مشروع


أساس وزارة التربية والعلم والتكنولوجيا عالم يأتي من موظفي جامعة سيليزيا للتكنولوجيا. نشاطنا قائم على التعاون المنتظم مع العاملين في جامعة سيليزيا عالم التكنولوجيا ، أساسا من قسم تكنولوجيا آلة. تتحقق هذه المشاريع في مجموعات الفورية، نظم خاصة لمشكلة تحليلها. تجاربنا المتعلقة أساسا لصناعة الآلات المكنية وحل المشاكل في مجموعة من التحليلات وصلابة ، وقوة تحليل والاستفادة المثلى من الأدوات الثقيلة الهيئات. انها تتعلق أيضا تحليلات الحرارية. أدرك قصيرة مميزة من المشاريع في وقت مبكر من قبل أفراد من MES التكنولوجيا في إطار من عالم الأعمال والمشاريع البحثية وعرضت أدناه.


PROJECT


The basis of MES-Tech are scientist personnel comes from Silesian University of Technology. Our activity based on regular cooperation with scientist workers of Silesian University of Technology, mainly of Department of Machine Technology. The projects are realized in immediate groups, organized special for analyzed problem. Our experiences concerning mainly the machine tools industry and solving the problems in range of stiffness analyses, strength analyses and optimization of heavy machine tools bodies. It concerning also the thermal analyses. The short characteristic of projects realized early by personnel of MES-Tech within a framework of scientist works and research projects was presented below.






































Statical and dynamical analysis of milling machine center FB 125N COGIFER II

UFB 125 N Wheel Lathe

Analyzed wheel lathe is used to machining of wheel sets used in rail vehicles. During the simulation research the carriages and tailstock were analyzed. The analyses concerned on stress, displacements, static stiffness, mode shapes and natural frequencies estimation.

Prototype of Vertical Milling Centre

The simulation research of prototype of Vertical Milling Centre with movable column concerned on stress, displacements, static stiffness, mode shapes and natural frequencies estimation. The temperature distribution and thermal displacements of headstock and feed axis of column also were analyzed.

Horizontal Lathes TV 240 CNC x 30 m

Analyzed horizontal lathe was characterized by large overall dimensions and was allowable machining of workpiece with length 30 meters and weight 120 tons. During the simulation research the headstock, tailstock and slides were analyzed. The analyses concerned on stress, displacements and static stiffness estimation. The mode shapes and natural frequencies also were analyzed.

Numerically controlled Double Column Vertical Machining Centre KDC 700/800N

Analyzed vertical lathe belongs to heavy machine tools group. The height and width equaled properly 11,2m and 11m. During the simulation research the supporting structure and rotational table were analyzed. The analyses concerned on stress, displacements, static stiffness, mode shapes and natural frequencies estimation.

New generation Planer Mill HSM 180 CNC

The Planer Mill HSM 180 CNC belongs to heavy machine tools group worked with high speed machining parameters (HSM. During the simulation research the supporting structure and table were analyzed. The analyses concerned on stress, displacements, static stiffness, mode shapes and natural frequencies estimation. The temperature distribution and thermal displacements also were analyzed.

Special Milling Machine FS 550 CNC

This milling machine ensures a heavy-duty milling of webs of cams used in vessel engines crankshafts. The dimension of milling cutter equaled 5,5 m. The analyses concerned on stress, displacements and static stiffness estimation. The mode shapes and natural frequencies also were analyzed.

KCI Double Column Vertical Machining Centres

Double Column Vertical Machining Centres are large overall dimensions designs. During the simulation research the supporting structure and high speed rotational tables were analyzed. The analyses concerned on stress, displacements and static stiffness estimation. The mode shapes and natural frequencies also were analyzed.
